We are a professional manufacturer. We design and produce all our products in our own factory, which means direct pricing and strict quality control.

2. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Our MOQ is 10-20 units per model for standard orders. For OEM/ODM projects, please contact us to discuss specific requirements.

3. Do you support OEM/ODM?

Yes, we do. We can produce products with your brand name, packaging and customized specifications. Share your requirements and we will provide a solution.

4. What certifications do your products have?

Our products are GB/T 36276 certified. CE (LVD+EMC), UN38.3 and IEC 62619 certifications are in process for EU export. UL certification is planned for the North American market.

5. What is your delivery time?

Standard products: 15-30 days after deposit. OEM products: 30-45 days depending on customization.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank wire transfer) as the primary payment method. Other options can be discussed for long-term partnerships.

7. What is your warranty policy?

We offer 2-5 years warranty depending on the product line, with technical support for the lifetime of the product.

8. Can you help with shipping?

Yes. We work with experienced freight forwarders and can arrange sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight or express delivery worldwide.

9. How do I become a distributor?

10. Do you provide installation support?

Yes, we provide installation manuals, video guides and remote technical support. Our team is available for online troubleshooting.
